The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The room's couch seats were cracked, giving it a worn look.

A fantastic experience with a very spacious and clean suite, perfect for two families. The continental breakfast, including pastries and fresh coffee, was adequate. However, the building showed signs of age, and some minor maintenance could enhance our stay. The location proved convenient, with an easy walk to attractions, but be prepared for an Uber ride if heading further downtown.

I stayed in a suite for a week while exploring the city. The separate kitchen was helpful for cooking some meals, which is something I appreciate as someone from Rome. I found the location to be central, making it easy to access various attractions and local shops.
I had an issue with cleanliness in my initial room, and the hot water took a long time to warm up, causing some inconvenience.

The kitchen was super handy for cooking meals, and the newly renovated room was a treat to stay in. I really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and the cozy lounge area after a long day. Just a heads up, the pillows on the bed could’ve been a bit bigger, but it didn’t take away from my stay! 🌟

The suite felt spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, which I appreciated. Staff were friendly and always ready to help with inquiries. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access attractions and local restaurants. However, the furniture and fittings seemed dated and a bit dusty, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. The free grab-and-go breakfast could use more variety as it mainly consisted of muffins and limited options. Parking is a bit tricky, and there was some noise from the streets at night. All in all, it was a decent stay, but some upgrades would make it much better.

Perfect stay with some quirks
Had a fab time! The rooms were super clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Perfect spot near all the good restaurants! Only thing is, the doors were SLAMMING all night. Made it tough to catch Z's, but the coffee and muffins were a nice perk in the morning.

This place was a great fit for a short interlude in Toronto with great value for money. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were super informative about everything the hotel offered. Just be prepared for a $1000 deposit when checking in, even for a short stay.
